THE ART AND PRACTICE OF LIVING YOUR AUTHENTIC LIFE (LYAL)
Living an authentic life means embodying a way of being that reflects who you truly are. Discovering the truth of who you are requires self-knowledge and self-awareness. Embodying your truth requires deep immersion, practice and support.

DEVELOPMENTAL GROUP IMMERSIONS
Immersions are oriented around subjects such as Mastering Skillful Conversations, The Art of Dynamic Dialogue, Thwarting the Inner Critic, Leadership Presence in Practice, and Living an Integral Life. They are held periodically and are also available for facilitation upon request. To inquire about Group Immersions, please contact us.
Integral coaching engages the whole self by taking into consideration the inner and outer world of the individual and the inner and outer world of the groups of which they are a part. This includes their beliefs, emotions, social world, habits, relationship with their body, self-care, capacity to make change, and much more. The goal of integral coaching is to develop the client's competence and capacity for meeting life's challenges and opportunities.
Based on the premise that each person is unique and ever-changing, coaching programs are customized and include one-on-one coaching, practices, exercises, materials and resources aimed at developing competency and increasing capacity, leading to lasting transformation. There are many coaching topics that can be addressed with integral coaching, whether work-oriented or personal.
FOR BUSINESS LEADERS AND EXECUTIVES, coaching may focus on elevating performance, shifting behaviors, relationship building, increasing influence, or identifying and working toward the next leadership role within the business context, for example.
FOR OTHERS, coaching may be centered around facilitating a transition, discerning vocation, accessing personal power, cultivating clarity, or expanding emotional range, for example.
In any case, coaching is rooted in the premise that by letting go of who you take yourself to be, you can become who you truly are.
